If you have worked with SSRS for any amount of time, you may have noticed that the Tablix Properties > Repeat header rows/columns on each page just does not achieve the intended results when working with a table tablix. In other words, it doesn’t do anything. The matrix tablix is a different story, the Repeat header columns on each page works fine.
To repeat row headers in a table:
- In the grouping pane, make sure to turn on advanced mode (click on the small black down arrow on the far right of the grouping pane)
- Select the corresponding (Static) item in the row group hierarchy
- In the properties grid, set RepeatOnNewPage to true
- KeepwithGroup to After
